Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel any booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, except in case of medical emergency or unforeseen circumstance, which will be reviewed individually.

3. No-Show

If you do not attend without prior cancellation, the session is forfeited and not refundable.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Partial Services

For multi-session programs, refunds are calculated pro-rata based on sessions completed.

6. How to Request a Refund
